During the process of goods transportation, there will be on average 7 to 14 vibrations, and about 1% of the goods are affected to varying degrees each time. Anti-vibration labels are helpful in identifying the causes of improper shipments, reducing losses during the shipping process by more than 70%, improving product service quality and enhancing customer satisfaction. Anti-vibration labels work through a specific impact design and are economically and widely used for monitoring goods during transportation, with their application range covering from production monitoring to ensuring transportation.

1 ， Product Function

The anti-vibration label is an octagonal strong adhesive label, which is mainly stuck on the outer packing box of the goods. When the vibration during the handling process exceeds a certain limit value, the sensing area on the label will change from transparent white to red and will not revert to its original state.

Each anti-vibration label has a specific critical vibration value. When the vibration is less than the critical value, no reaction will occur even under repeated impacts. When the vibration is greater than the critical value, the vibration-sensitive  area on the  label  will  change from transparent milky white to red. The critical vibration value of the anti-vibration label is related to the weight of the package and can be tested by a drop test. The drop heights sensed by the anti-vibration label indicator are as shown in the following table.

4，Selection Guide

4.1  

4.1 The choice of anti-vibration labels depends on the volume (length * width * height) and  weight  of  the  goods.  For  goods  with  larger  volume  and  heavier  weight,  more sensitive types should be selected.

4.2   Other factors that should also be taken into account:

 Packaging materials: If the packaging design is quite stable and the cargo damage rate is low, less sensitive types can be selected.

The fineness of the goods themselves: If the goods are quite delicate and have high requirements for transportation, highly sensitive types should be selected.

Product protection points and center of gravity: When the product design is rather special, such as being top-heavy and bottom-light, the transportation requirements are relatively  high. Correspondingly, highly sensitive types should be selected.
